Efecto hepatoprotector del consumo de Nostoc commune (cushuro) frente al daño inducido por dietas ricas en sacarosa en ratones

Resumo

Objetivo: Avaliar o efeito hepatoprotetor do consumo de Nostoc commune (cusshuro) contra os danos induzidos por dietas ricas em sacarose em camundongos. Métodos: O estudo teve abordagem quantitativa, puramente experimental, com grupo controle e pós-teste. Foram utilizados 28 camundongos machos com peso médio de 30 ± 6,2 ge pulverizados com Nostoc commune. Os animais foram divididos em quatro grupos e receberam as seguintes dietas durante 50 dias: Grupo I: dieta A (sacarose 10%), grupo II: dieta B (sacarose 36,5%), grupo III: dieta C (sacarose 36,5%). + cushuro 1%) e grupo IV: dieta D (sacarose 36,5% + cushuro 3%). Por fim, o fígado foi removido e foram realizadas análises bioquímicas e histológicas. A estatística ANOVA foi aplicada para dados simétricos e Kruskall-Wallis para dados assimétricos. Resultados: Nos grupos III e IV observou-se que os níveis de triglicerídeos (p<0,05) diminuíram e melhor conservação também foi observada a nível histológico. Conclusão: O consumo de Nostoc commune (cusshuro) apresenta efeito hepatoprotetor expresso na redução dos triglicerídeos e na preservação a nível histológico contra os danos induzidos por dietas ricas em sacarose em camundongos.
