Pshysical exercise anad cognitive-psychology health in COVID 19 recovered-patients

Introduction: Identifying protection factors that preserve cognitive-psychology health in COVID 19 recovered-patients is important. Specifically, those that mitigate subjective memory complaints, punctually physical Exercise helps to maintain a healthy weight and much more benefits Objective: To determine the association between psychological distress and subjective memory complaints in COVID 19 recovered-complaints and physical exercise as a moderate variable. Methodology: Correlational multivariable study, with an online form. Results: In 299 recovered-patients, negative associations between physical exercise and psychological distress are found in terms of anxiety (r=-0.21**) and depression (r=-0.13**), additionally the moderate effect of both variables in the subjective memory complaints is significant (Anxiety /Physical Exercise = β = −0.08, p < 0.05; Depression /Physical Exercise = β = −0.08, p < 0.05). Conclusion: independent moderation role of physical exercise and mindfulness was tested and determined. Both variables could be identified as protection factors.
